Carrots, Anyone?
Discovered these great carrots at the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market last week – about 3″ in diameter (and some were larger)! Grown by Matt Romero Farms, sauteed in some garlic infused olive oil (from Valley Garlic Company, another vendor) – delicious, tender and sweet. Should we have these in the Ada Farmers’ Market next summer?
